This 9.6-volt cordless immersion blender from Breville provides as much power as a traditional immersion blender withouth having to be connected to an outlet. The Breville Cordless Immersion Blender utilizes quadra-fin technology which uses four specially designed multi-tiered fins. Its stainless steel cone can handle any citrus fruit by itself with no need to change out cones. The Breville Cordless Immersion Blender has a unique auto activated system with built in sensors to safely activate the spinning cone on contact. Fruit centers itself perfectly in spherical dome and easily ejects for cleaning. It also features a two button safety feature, where both buttons must be pressed simultaneously, firmly pressed to turn on the immersion blender. This immersion blender is powered by long life NiMH batteries. It includes a convenient charging base with additional space for an attachment. All attachments are dishwasher safe.

In the 2001 Housewares International Limited, an Australian based company, acquires Breville and continues to demonstrate Breville's commitment to innovation and design by expanding the Breville Research and Design Centre. Breville also turns it's focus to conquering the American market by introducing its products.
